van Gogh’s 4D Butterfly Pea Tea

everything was eyeballed to taste!

components:

  • tea

  • ice

  • yuzu concentrate

tea:

  • enough butterfly pea flower for desired color

  • a fair amount of jasmine tea

  • sugar to taste

  • steep the butterfly pea flower and jasmine tea in a pot of simmering water until tea reaches desired intensity. add sugar to taste and chill

to serve:

  • place ice in a glass and pour the tea over it. as you drink, add in drops of yuzu concentrate as desired.

for multisensory experience, pair with edible gold flakes and lavender incense sticks dipped in sandalwood essential oil
